Thank heaven for friends!

Indeed, thank heaven for friends. Been feeling a little blah lately, so no cards this time around, at least none made by me. I received a few cards over the course of the last several days that I'd like to share with you. I got this one last week from my Hawaiian friend, Joscie:


I think it's absolutely adorable! I love the scalloped oval and the little bling she put inside each scallop. Best of all, now I have my own "Flat Joscie" to watch over me while I craft!

This next card is from my dear friend, Tiffany, whom I miss very, very much. She sent this card along with the cutest little gift.

I love the bright purple (as it is my favorite color), and the dimensional alpha stickers used to spell out "Laugh." She even added some blue bling on top of the letters. Very cool! As if that wasn't enough, look at the gift she put inside the package.

This couldn't be anymore "me" if it tried! For those who read my blog often, you all know that the hippo is my favorite animal. Why? Oh, for many reasons, but mainly because they're just so cute. I must say that in all my years of searching for hippo paraphernalia, I've never run across one on a miniature plate before! This one is a first for me. Thanks again, Tiffany!
