Today I completed and mailed off a card for my grandma. She has a little cold, and I thought this card would cheer her up. I used Heidi Grace rub-ons as well as a Heidi Grace sentiment stamp. The patterned paper is from Basic Grey's Lilykate 6x6 paper pad (which I found at Big Lots for $2!!!), and the ribbon is from the Urban Window collection by We R Memory Keepers. I used my threading water punch to do the scalloped border, and then I added just a little bling inside the hole punches. Oh, and I also used my Tim Holtz ruler to make little holes around the border behind the white paper.
I'm working on some more cards right now, so hopefully I'll have an abundance for you this week. I hope you're having a terrific Monday, and as always, thanks for stopping by!!

I had a car a few years ago that hit 100,000 miles. I stopped the car and took a pic of the odometer and a pic of the car sitting where it hit 100,000. Hubby rolled his eyes and said, "Scrapbookers!" LOL! Love the card.
Wow - 64K miles at 6 years? wow - that's pretty good. I was at 64K on my old car (now DH's) after 4 years. :O We're already just under 47K on our three year old car. :(
And - beautiful card - your grandmom will love it, I'm sure. Bling should bring a smile to anyone's face. :)

Great card!!! My car is 5 years 2 months and I am about to hit 90,000. It has done sooo many trips from NC to FL and NC to NJ and the last big one was our move from NC to TX.
