You know you're a runner when...
I thought about listing a whole bunch of anecdotal funnies about running, but the fact of the matter is, I ran 2 miles in 100F heat with 50% humidity at a 3,000 foot elevation level, and I'm dang proud of it! Now that's what I call tough! {insert cheesy arm-curling, teeth gritting pose here}

sneaky!!! I want to see the whole thing! *pouts* WOO HOO for running in 100+ heat - way to go! I'd have died within 200 feet. So it's a good thing I live in the Northeast where it doesn't get as hot.
You go girl!! I can't imagine running in that kind of heat. Well we haven't had a hot summer..It's july and I'm still in a hoodie.
Can't wait to see the finished product..that owl's adorable.
