A birthday card for a little boy
Hello bloggers! I'm happy to report that my laptop is back at home with me and running at optimal performance now. That means I can start posting some of the projects I've been working on. Yay! This past weekend my family came in from out of town for a visit, and it just so happened to coincide with my little cousin's second birthday. We all enjoyed a very scrumptious Spongebob birthday cake and ice cream. Here's the card I made for him using Basic Grey's Archaic Collection. The "happy birthday" stamp is from Hero Arts.
Here's the birthday boy playing with his Spongebob cake toys.
I had a really great visit with my family. It was the first time meeting my cousin-in-law, his lovely daughter, and my cute little two-year old cousin. Here we are all for the obligatory group shot:
And here's my cousin and I together. I had such a great time with this wonderful girl. She's just a doll:
I hope everyone's week started off well! I have lots of work to get done, but I'll be back soon with a fun Disney card I made the other day. Until then, have fun being creative!

awesome card girl!
great family shots!
glad you are up & running again
Hey Samantha,
Whooo Hoooo! Glad you got your computer back... I so hate not being able to go online to all my favorite scrappy places. Some of the calif girls at AMR are talking about meeting. When a place and day is set, maybe you and I can go down together.
I love your card. So cute. Take care and have a great week

Looks like a fun day! Glad the birthday boy enjoyed his day. The card is adorable. Send some of that mojo my way as I need to make a b-day card right quick. :) Got to get out of that quilting mode.

Congrats on you laptop! Your card is just awesome, Sam. Looks like you had an incredible time with your cousin and her family...she is lucky to have you.
Family time is so wonderful. I was fortunate enough to be able to babysit for my sister-in-law's brother's 2-week old little girl over the weekend.
I loved it!!
